We are sad to announce that on January 3, 2021, at the age of 95, Cecil Ansin Hicks of Modoc, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his son David Jerald Hicks (Paulette) of Jackson, SC; his siblings, Claudine Silvio, Essie Lurline Virella, William Guy Hicks, Jr. and Larry Hicks; his son-in-law James Harper; and his granddaughter Patty Hicks Baldy.
He is survived by: his children, Rebecca Ann Harper of Cayce, SC, Joel Hicks (Susan) of Jackson, SC, Paul Hicks (Margie) of Columbia, SC and Barney Hicks (Gail) of Beech Island, SC; and his grandchildren, John Hicks (Rose), Joel Hicks (Shannon), Jesse Hicks, Josh Hicks, Emerson Harper (Christina), Emilee Harper, David Hicks (Katie), Daniel Hicks, Lydia Storks (Wesley) and Laurel Hicks. He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
