He is survived by: his wife Faye Deal Hood; his son Kenny Hood (Susan); his grandchildren, Zachary, Alastair, Oliver and Keith Hood (Cinnamon); his great grandchildren, Camille and Rosemary; his stepson Perry Brown; his stepgrandchildren, Joseph Brown and Jennifer Parrish; his stepdaughter Angela Humphreys; his stepgrandchildren, Holden Humphreys and Heath Humphreys; his siblings, Mike Hood and Barbara Hood Long (Robert); and also, Matthew Parrish, Adalyn Parrish, Sawyer Humphreys and Donna Hood.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to an animal rescue of one's choice.
