He is survived by: his sons, Michael Roe (Linda) of Gallipolis, OH, David Roe (Susan) of Palatka, FL and Steven Roe (Sherry) of Naples; and his stepchildren, Mark Ater, David Ater (Becky), Lisa Houser (Phil) and Susan Frizzell (Todd). He is also survived by four grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
