He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Otto Falk and Katherine Drummond Falk. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Foster Falk; his children, Michael Falk (Roxanne) of Louisville, KY, Kathleen Stewart of Elburn, IL and Stacy Petrus (Steven) of Woodstock, GA; his grandchildren, Nathan, Nicholas, Matthew (Lindsy), Emily, Annalise, Shelby and Spencer; and his great grandchildren, Logan, Kellan, Greyson and Rosalie.
