It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Maxie Kenneth Bazen Jr. (McCormick, South Carolina), born in Darlington, South Carolina, who passed away on January 22, 2020, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Maxie Kenneth and Doris Cook Bazen, Sr.; and his son Kenneth "Kenny" Dean Bazen. He is survived by: his wife Glenda White Bazen; his sons, Jason Harold Bazen (Heather) of Charleston, Maxie Kenneth Bazen, III (Allison) of Columbia and Michael Jordan of Columbia; his stepchildren, Sonya R. Davis of Greenwood, Suzann R. McFerrin of Lexington and Don Rushton of Greenwood; and his siblings, Charles Lewis Bazen of Florence, Linda Hughes Deluca of Garden City and Sandra Bazen Cobb of Longview, Washington.. He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren.
