She is survived by: her son James E. Elam of North Augusta, SC; her grandchildren, Julia M. Elam of Harlem, GA, Mattie Elam of Clarks Hill, SC, Nancy L. Boozer of Clarks Hill, SC, Cathryn Foster of Augusta, GA, Desarea Ray (Carolyn), Ashley Irby (Shavon), Sonya R. Patterson and Thomas E. Patterson III; her great grandchildren, Alexis Elam, Jasmine Elam and Addison Irby; and her great great grandchild Alana Elam. She is also survived by nephews, nieces, and other loving relatives and dear friends.
