He was predeceased by: his parents, John William Weaver and Carolyn Sinclair Weaver. He is survived by: his siblings, Rhonda Cooper (Harley Wayne) of Winnsboro, Barbara Tucker of Fort Mill and Johnny Weaver of Richburg; his nephew Travis Stephenson of Spartanburg; and his great-niece Aurora Stephenson of Spartanburg.
