He is survived by: his wife Barbara Phillips; his daughters, Stephanie Letman (Rico) of McCormick, SC, Sabrina Culbreath of Greenwood, SC, Renata DeJesus (Eliza) of Gilbert, AZ and Lativia Phillips of Roswell, GA; and his siblings, Elvis Phillips (Delois) of Greenwood, SC and Katie Ann Phillips of Washington, DC. He is also survived by his family and friends.
