He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Vann, Nannette Waters, JoJo Waters and Frances Bryant. He is survived by: his parents, Tonya Mobley Waters of McCormick and Blake Waters of Abbeville; his siblings, Matthew B. Waters of McCormick, Jesse Wheeler of Anderson, Nikki Paige Waters (Zachary) of Honea Path and Haley Wheeler of Anderson; his grandparents, Alvin, Mildred Mobley of McCormick and Janice Waters of Abbeville; his great-grandparent Linnie Ruth McCollough of Lowndesville; his uncles, Michael Mobley (Krista) of McCormick and Patrick Mobley of McCormick; his aunt Tabitha Argo (Robert) of Asheville, NC; his nephews, Justin, Chance and Samuel Elsner; his friend Tyler Hummel; and his significant other Rainbow. He is also survived by extended family and friends, including numerous nieces and nephews.
