With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Hattie Lou Murcier of McCormick, South Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 29, 2024 at the age of 101. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Rosa Lee Cunningham and Whitfield Cunningham; her husband James Murcier; her siblings, Robert Lee Cunningham, William Cunningham, Walter Cunningham, Whitfield Cunningham, Clarence Cunningham, James Cunningham, Eva Blackwell, Janie Ryan and Clara Blair; and her sons-in-law, Willie Fuller, Kenneth Lanier and Stephen Murray. She is also survived by her numerous nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.
Viewing was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Bostick-Tompkins Funeral Home - McCormick (6300 Hwy 28 S, McCormick, SC 29835). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Lower Mt. Moriah Baptist Church (2946 Key Rd, Plum Branch, SC 29845).
