He is survived by: his wife Ada; his stepchildren, Amber Hertik (Phil) of Nashville, TN and Drew Pensyl (Allison) of Danville, PA; his daughter-in-law Jane Pensyl of Camp Hill, PA; his grandchildren, Natalie Meyer (Alex) of Seattle, WA, Alex Pensyl (Alejandra) of Brooklyn, NY, Dylan Pensyl of Philadelphia, Morgan Hertik (Tony) of Nashville, TN and Austen Hertik of San Francisco, CA; and his great grandchildren, Chase and Elliot Meyer.
