It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy Darrell Black of McConnells, South Carolina, born in Chester, South Carolina, who passed away on April 15, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Black and Mary Black; and his siblings, Lebo Black and Diane Black. He is survived by: his children, Teresa Fox (Mike), Billy Darrell Black, Jr. (Sissy) of Rock Hill, Eddie Black (Kim) of Rock Hill and James Black of Rock Hill; and his sister Elaine Tucker (Clay) of McConnells. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to Providence Care Hospice, 500 Lakeshore Parkway, Rock Hill, SC 29730 or to Harmony Baptist Church.
