She was predeceased by: her parents, Bryan F. Ratley, and Minnie Ruth Skipper Ratley, Sr.; her husband Wade Pete Outlaw, Jr.; her grandmother Veta Ratley; her brother Bryan F. Ratley, Jr.; and her grandson Dustin Lee Tucker.
She is survived by: her daughter Rockell; her son-in-law William Tucker (Tony) of McColl; her brother Walter Vernon Ratlery of McColl; her grandchildren, Jessie Miller, William Tucker (Alex), Laura Hood (James) and Deborah Tucker; and her great grandchildren, Bryan Miller, Ella Melton, Morgan Hood, Kateleigh Hood, Weston Hood and Kaydence Johnson.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 27th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Rogers Funeral Home (300 N Church St, McColl, SC 29570). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 27th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, November 27th 2024 at the Rogers Cemetery.
