It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Minnie Ratley of McColl, South Carolina, born in Chesterfield, South Carolina, who passed away on April 19, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Bryan F. Ratley, Sr.; her parents, Walter Leroy and Sally Turnage Skipper; and her brothers, Charles Skipper and Joel Skipper.
She is survived by: her children, Walter Vernon Ratley of McColl, Bryan F. Ratley, Jr. of McColl and Sally Ratley of McColl; her granddaughter Rockelle Tucker (Tony); her great grandchildren, Jessica Miller and William Alexander Tucker; and her great great grandchild Bryan Miller.
