She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Nelson Scott; her parents, Floyd Devon and Easter Mae Allen Ward; her grandchildren, Donna Scott and John Michael White; her brother-in-law Tommy Scott; and her nieces and nephews, Bridgette Ward, Tammy Lockey, Timothy Lockey and Wilbert "Buck" Lockey.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lynn White (Michael) of McColl, Brenda Barfield (Stevie) of McColl, Mary Ann Scott of Laurinburg, NC and Kathy Taylor (Tony) of Hartsville; her brothers, Paul Richard Ward (Cathy), Jack Dean Ward (Linda) and Tony Wayne Ward; her grandchildren, Sierra Locklear, Brian Barfield, Tia Whitewater, Brett Matthews Scott and Tanner Bowers; and her great grandchildren, Diego Scott, Seqouia Wright, Kierrah Wright, Jace Shepherd, Ashton Smith and Bailey Parrish.
