She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Goforth and Ruby Montgomery Goforth; and her brothers, Preston "Bud", Frank, Johnny (Hugh Davis Goforth) and William "Bill" Goforth (Judy Hill).
She is survived by: her husband William "Bill" Peele Stubbs, Sr. of Chesterfield; her children, William "Bill" Stubbs, Jr. (Diane) of Columbia, James "Jim" Stubbs (Sara) of Stallings, NC and Elizabeth "Beth" Stubbs Hough (Austin) of Chesterfield; her grandchildren, William Stubbs, Emily Stubbs, Jenna Hough and Ethan Hough; and her siblings, Neal, Wilford, Wilbur, Wayne, Michael Goforth, Doris Garner, Dell Byars and Susan Jones. She is also survived by numerous in-laws, nieces and nephews.
