He is survived by: his wife Tina Jacobs; his daughters, Heather Lea Jacobs, Tabatha Dawn Jacobs Linton and Janet Toler (Jason); his mother-in-law Loretta Bradley; his siblings, Chucky Bradley, Craig Bradley, Curtis Bradley, Cory Bradley, Sarah Frances Welch (Lyn) and Cindy Bradley; his grandchildren, Hailea Dawn Linton, Bella Alisha Linton, Ashtyn Brynn Sweatt, Ava Perri Curry, Macy Blair Hutson, Raylon Toler, Alisa Curry, Jalylynn Curry, Austin Curry, Breanna Pratt, Shyann Rivers and Jaylynn Allen; and his nephew Scott Dowdy.
