We are sad to announce that on January 12, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Katie M. Johnson of McColl, South Carolina, born in Washington, North Carolina. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Katie shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Katie farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She is survived by: her parents, Gerry Johnson and Rita Johnson of Hickory, NC.; her sons, Christian Vavalis of Colorado and Donovan Reeves of Laurel Hill; her brother Robert Johnson; and her pet Gypsy. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at 14681 Rea Magnet Rd, Laurinburg, NC 28352. A reception was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
