She was predeceased by: her parents, Alger Lowery and Mary Ransom Burroughs; her sister Elizabeth "Lib" Foley; and her nephew Silas "Si" Cooley. She is survived by: her children, Timothy Lowery Edwards (Barbara Ann) and Tracey Leigh Powers; her sisters, Juanita Gibson, Mabel Shelley, Sue Duffy and Dale Cooley; and her grandchildren, Madison Elizabeth Powers, Eric Jonathan Powers and Ethan Lowery Powers. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
