She was predeceased by: her parents, Gordon H. Clark and Lucreatie Jacobs Clark; her grandson Terrell Jacob Pate; and her siblings, W. C. Clark, Alton "Bunny" Clark and Craddie Lee Clark Lewellen.
She is survived by: her husband Neville C. Locklear, Sr.; her children, Neville C. Locklear, Jr. (Sheila) and Lora Jean Pate (Bill); her grandchildren, Ashley Pate, Jacob Locklear and Chris Thompson; and her great grandchildren, Talee Pate, Lakota Pate, Kayleigh Pate, Jace Locklear, Delilah Pate and Jesiah Harrington.
