She was predeceased by: her parents, James W. Ellis and Gladys Hyatt Ellis; her son Charles K. Leviner, Jr.; and her sister Vivian A. "Vib" Ellis. She is survived by: her grandsons, Justin G. Brooks of McColl and Brandon L. Brooks of McColl; her great grandchild Maddyx Norton of Laurinburg, NC; and her siblings, Julia "Judy" Knight of McColl, James F. Ellis (Geraldine) of McColl, Nicky Ellis of McColl, Tony R. Ellis (Judy) of McColl and Pamela Danford (John) of Laurinburg. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
