He is survived by: his wife Pam Flowers of Laurinburg; his sons, David Earl Wiggins, Jr. (Rabz) of Afghanistan and Mark Anthony Wiggins; his brother Jimmy Wiggins (Violet) of McColl, SC; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Mary Wiggins, Taylor Ann Wiggins and Caleb Dave Wiggins; his great grandchild Hayden White; and his niece Wessie Wiggins. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and many friends.
