He was predeceased by: his parents, Donnie Locklear and Myrtle Langley Locklear. He is survived by: his pets, Bit, GiGi, Jeff and Sugar; his children, Dovie Marie Locklear of Florence, SC and David Allen Coe Locklear (Alicia) of McColl, SC; his sisters, Jeanette Redbrook, Margaret LaBean, Virgie Montoya, Ophelia Kitchen of McColl, SC, Geneva Williams of Greensboro, NC and Catherine Shannon of New Jersey; and his grandchildren, Bella Locklear, River Adams, Ryan Barlow, Ezra Locklear, Langley Williamson, Mannix Locklear and Madelyn Locklear. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
