He is survived by: his wife Lorraine Sampson; his pet Tickle; his daughters, Tammie Goff and Sondra Sampson (John Wismer); his siblings, William "Alton" Sampson (Sharon), Joyce Burton and Cindy Murr (Danny); his grandchildren, Sydney Dubreuiel, Madison Goff, Ashley McCoy, Austin McCoy, Alyssa Holifield (Jeff), Abby Cox (Eli) and AJ McCoy; and his great grandchildren, Collins Smith, Holly Long, Axel Blair, John "Nixon" Farrer, Jayden Cox, Tristan Cox and Colton Holifield.
