He was predeceased by: his parents, John Leroy Page, Sr. and Lillian Denney Page. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Fort Page; his sons, John Leroy Page, III (Hollis) of Shulerville and Joseph Edward Page of McClellanville; his granddaughter Hampton Caroline Page; and his mother-in-law Octavia Fort.
