She was predeceased by: her spouse Rev. Unslo "Rob" Howell. She is survived by: her children, Josephine Capers Richardson and Edward Capers, Jr.; and her grandchildren, Jonathan Capers, Latisha Williams, Candance Thompson, Steven Richardson, Anastasia Capers, Frank Capers and Shawnta Henderson.
