She is survived by: her children, Gloria C. Simmons (Melvin), Thomas L. Colleton, Jr. (Elaine), Mayor Miriam C. Green (Robert), Gregory B. Colleton (Julia), Curtis A. Colleton (Valencia), Ardell L. Powell, Kevin L. Colleton (Erica) and Lou Thelma Manigault. She is also survived by 25 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.
