She was predeceased by: her former husband Thomas Roland King Sr.; and her husband Alexander Campbell McLeod. She is survived by: her children, Chris King Goff (Jimmy) of Winter Park, FL, Sally King Wallace (Wayne) of McBee, SC, Susan King Moore (Tim) of McBee, SC and Thomas Roland King, Jr. (Rebecca) of McBee, SC; her grandchildren, Lauren Braddock (Derek), Anna Moore, Patrick Wallace (Taylor), Connor Wallace, Andrew Wallace, Tom King (Ashley), Alaina King, Amelia King, Arleigh King and Audrey King; her great grandchildren, Jackson Wallace, Grayson Moore and Callie Braddock; her brother Dr. Chalmers M Butler (Mary); her nephew Hardy Butler (Rachel); her great-nieces, Elizabeth Butler and Caroline Butler; and her stepchildren, Kemp McLeod (Gaie), Cathy Grogan (Tom) and Beth Watford (Cleve). She is also survived by numerous step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in her honor to the Annie S. McLeod Scholarship Fund, c/o McBee Presbyterian Church, PO Box 570, McBee, SC 29101, or Edventure Hartsville, 146 W. Carolina Avenue, Hartsville, SC 29550.
