She was predeceased by: her spouse Thomas "Jack" Sweatt, Sr.; her parents, Jasper Belk Dixon and Vena Johnson Dixon Catoe; her stepfather Gus S. Catoe; and her siblings, Janet Pickrell, Hilda Ann Catoe, Deborah Gail Catoe, Ruth Gainey, Freddie Soule, Helen Monnie, Ralph Catoe, William Catoe, Stanley Catoe and Frank Catoe.
She is survived by: her children, Dianne Plyler (Frank) of McBee, SC and Thomas Sweatt, Jr. (Tommy) of McBee; her granddaughter Nicole Fisk (Scott) of Holly Hill, SC; her great grandchildren, Arina Fisk and Jack Fisk of Holly Hill, SC; her siblings, Jean Jordan of Cayce, SC, Judy Branch of Fleming Island, FL, Rebecca Snipes (Harold) of Middendorf, SC, Richard Catoe, Randy Catoe (Dianne), Amos Catoe (Amanda) and John Catoe (Lynn Gardner); and her sister-in-law Delores Catoe of Middendorf, SC. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
