He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Lear and Emma Lee Pigg Lear. He is survived by: his children, Crystal Winburn (Jeff), Brittany Munn (B. J.) and Brad Lear (Susan); his brothers, Randall Lear, Rev. Dennis Lear (Cynthia) and Kenneth (Donna); and his grandchildren, Amber Winburn, Grayson Winburn, Emma Winburn, Bradley Munn, Mary Munn and Curtis Lear.
