He is survived by: his wife Susan Zimmerman Huggins; his children, Jeremy Huggins (Monica) and Amanda Smith; his brother Ronnie Huggins (Rita); his grandchildren, Jacob Huggins, Kayla Melton, Ceirra Logan, Joshua Huggins, Brittany Potter, Matthew Clem and Spencer Chem; and his great grandchildren, Savannah Turner, Kaleb Turner, Aaliyah Turner and Nevaeh Logan.
