It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elizabeth L. Turner of McBee, South Carolina, born in Cincinnati, Ohio, who passed away on October 13, 2020, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Luggen and Stella Luggen; and her siblings, Lynne Luggen Clark, James Luggen and Leslie Luggen Sweeney.
She is survived by: her husband Richard Turner; her brothers, Jerome Luggen (Mary Beth) and Jeffrey Luggen (Donna); her children, Noel Turner (Holly), Paige Turner Luke (Robert), Sally Daniel Anderson (Harris), Leslie Daniel Echols (Jonathan), David Daniel and Lizzy Daniel Rhoades (Sean); and her grandchildren, Christian Turner, Kimrey Turner, Jackson Turner, Gray Luke, Sutton Luke, Molly Anderson, Gus Anderson, Ethan Echols, Addie Echols, Nolan Echols, Sloan Rhoades and Gavin Rhoades.
