It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Douglas Dean Dugan of McBee, South Carolina, born in Kankakee, Illinois, who passed away on November 23, 2021, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Burton Dugan and Shirley Dugan; his siblings, Rick Dugan, Kevin Dugan, Laurie Lewis (Wilford) and Gayleen James (Larry); his parents-in-law, King and Portia McCoy; and his brother-in-law Joel King McCoy.
He is survived by: his wife Judy McCoy Dugan; his sister-in-law Carol McCoy (Ken Smith); his nieces and nephews, Kelly Lewis, Gina Armold (Chuck), Michelle Johnson (Greg), Carol Portia Driver (Rodney), Chad James and Preston Lewis; his friends, Jackie, Edna Hinson, Lynde, Adan Mendoza, Debbie and Scott Timms; and also, Jordan and Reverend Jackie Hinson.
