He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Haskell Brunson and Hattie Gregg Brunson; his daughters, Elouise Lawson of Sumter, Marguarite Sumter (John) of Sumter, Patricia Ann Lawson of Sumter, Almena Woods of Mayesville, Elizabeth Sharper (Theodore) and Betty Jean Lawson of Sumter; his siblings, Queenie Bell James of Sumter, Hattie Nance, Gardenia Benjamin of Washington, DC, Harry Lee and Albert Brunson of Sumter; his sister-in-law Ollie Bell Brunson of Lynchburg; and his grandson Haskell Lawson. He was also cherished by thirteen grandchildren; 31 great grandchildren; three great great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
