She was predeceased by: her parents, Irvin Schmickle and Ellyn Schmickle of Alburnett, Iowa.; her son Jay Allen Parker; and her brother Dennis Schmickle. She is survived by: her husband Robert Parker of Mauldin; her daughters, Wendy Pace (Jeff) and Amy Dunlap (Chris); her grandchildren, Joshua Pace, Reagan and Parker Dunlap; her brother Steve Schmickle (Georgia) of Marion; and her sister-in-law Llouise Schmickle of Phoenix, Arizona..
Visitation was held on Monday, October 28th 2024 from 1:30 PM to 2:15 PM at the Fletcher Funeral Service (1218 N Main St, Fountain Inn, SC 29644). A funeral service was held on Monday, October 28th 2024 at 2:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Mauldin First Baptist Church.
