He is survived by: his children, Ronald Lamont Zimmerman, Jr. (Shandel) of Columbia, SC, Michael Alexander Zimmerman of Charlotte, NC, Christopher Marcus Zimmerman (Clarissa) of Blythewood, SC, Jeannie Zimmerman of Columbia, SC and Kimberly York (Maurice) of Wake Forest, NC; and his siblings, Vivian Maxine Dubard of Columbia, SC, John McLester Zimmerman, Jr. (Marian) of Washington, DC and Olden Alexander Zimmerman (Rosalee) of Columbia, SC. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
