She was predeceased by: her parents, William Jackson and Edith Dukes Cauthen; her children, Lisa Blanchard, Dawn Marie Childers and Larry LeWayne Childers; and her siblings, Jane Cauthen and Tommy Cauthen.
She is survived by: her husband Larry Childers; her daughters, Tina Oellerich (Herman) and Anna Childers Jones; her grandchildren, David "Scott" Reed (Susan), Kayla LeeAnne Brown (Seth), Tyla Christine Oellerich and Bryanna Falk; her great grandchildren, Leighton Brown and Olivia Kate Brown; and her siblings, Jackie Bennett, Nancy Willetts, Carolyn Auvil (Allan), Joy Cordray (John), Pete Cauthen (Sharon) and Jerald Cauthen (Lisa). She is also survived by nine great great-grandchildren.
