He was predeceased by: his parents, Rufus Cook Allen and Girlie Sara Turner Allen; and his siblings, Jimmy Allen and Marie Herring. He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Ann Walls Allen; his children, Gary Allen (Lori) and Gail Johnson (Phillip); his siblings, Bud Allen (Trudy) and Dot Lill; his granddaughters, Sarah Allen, Lindsey Allen, Erin Waller (Tyler) and Maria Allen; and his great grandchildren, Cole Sinclair, Jameson Harvey, Maddox Harvey, Naomi Waller and Jayce Jackson.
