She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Brown and Willie Mae Green Brown. She is survived by: her spouse Massillon Zamore; her children, Charlinda Gales (Delrecole), Reginald (Cheryl) of Mastic Beach, NY, Lamar Brown of Woodbridge, NJ and David Jefferson of Atlanta, GA; and her siblings, Martha Brandon of Richmond, VA, William Brown, George Brown of New Jersey and Ernest Brown, Jr. of Jamaica. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; and a host of great-grands, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
