She is survived by: her husband Dr. William L. McDonald of Mauldin, SC; her daughters, Janet M. Cofield (Thomas C. Cofield) of Lexington, SC and Joy M. Franklin (late Ron Franklin, Jr.) of Mount Pleasant, SC.; her grandchildren, T. J. Cofield of Mount Pleasant, Caitlin C. Radecki (Tyler) of Nashville, TN, Summer F. Arnold (Garrett) and Ron Franklin, III of Mount Pleasant, SC; and her great grandchild John Arnold of West Ashley, SC..
