He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Olin M. Sawyer, Sr. and Ernestine Collins Sawyer; his daughter Catherine Joyce; and his siblings, Olin M. Sawyer, Jr., Boyd Jasper Sawyer (BJ), Magdalene Drew, Mary Alice Meridth, Sarah Lawton of Myrtle Beach, Shelby Boette (Emory) of Columbia and Hazel Rogers of Mullins. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews plus an extended family and friends.
