He is survived by: his wife Juanice Gause Hardee; his son William Delbert "Del" Hardee, Jr. of North Charleston, SC; his grandmother Harrington (Jerry) of New Zion, SC; and his stepbrother Ed Hardee. He is also survived by two grandchildren, two great-grandchildren.
