We are sad to announce that on October 20, 2024, Vicki Bullard of Marion, South Carolina, born in Florence, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father James Thomas Tyner; and her husband Robert L. Bullard. She is survived by: her mother Helen Blanton; her children, Robert Bullard (Heidi) of Marion, Jeffrey Bullard (April) of Marion and Brandy Allen (Chris) of Illinois; her grandchildren, Madison Range, Hunter Bullard, Gunner Bullard, Brayden Bullard and Colton Bullard; her great grandchild Scarlett Range; and her siblings, Jay Tyner and Susan Tyner.

Visitation was held on Thursday, October 24th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Richardson Funeral Home (1936 Senator Gasque Rd, Marion, SC 29571). A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 24th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
