He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin Jackson Burroughs and Sallie Marie Coker Burroughs; and his brother Franklin Jackson Burroughs, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Ann Ferrell Burroughs; his children, Stacy James Burroughs, Jr. (Joy Denise Burroughs) of Marion and Brenda; his siblings, Thomas C. Burroughs (Olivia) of Columbia, Ruby L. Jordan (Pete Jordan) of Marion and Betty J. Burroughs of Marion; and his children, Attn, Rocky Point and Tampa. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, two step-grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
