She is survived by: her children, Marilynn Lester Hill (Sam) of Charlotte, NC, Thelma "Helen" Bowens (Donald) of Marion, SC, Jerome Lester of Marion, SC and Darryl Lester of Raleigh, NC; and her sisters-in-law, Catherine Lester, Sophia Evans, Cora Syphrett (Rye), Helen Lester and Shirley Halley (Ted). She is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, nephews, family and friends.
