He was predeceased by: his grandmother May Scarbrough Lee (Leslie Benjamin Lee); his wife Georgia Ann Charles Lee; his grandson Jonathan "Chase" Lee; and his siblings, Casey Lee (Mozelle), Clyde Lee (Alma), Ray Lee (Glenna), Jimmy Lee, Madelyn Lee and Bernice Phelps (Carl).
He is survived by: his son Jonathan "David" Lee (Shana); his grandson Kanyon Brent Lee; his siblings, Roy Lee (Barbara) of Columbus, OH, Ernestine Epling of Houston, TX and Helen Miller of Van, WV.; and his caregivers, Shannon Carter, Irene Thompkins and Rev. Lee.
