He is survived by: his wife Jeanne Bassett Lumpkin; his daughters, Sara Gibson (Victor) of Lusby, Stephanie Buckler (Mike) of Owings and Jessica Busch (Air Force Base) of Suffolk, UK; his grandchildren, Audrey Buckler, Mason Buckler, Will Buckler, Eli Gibson, Henry Gibson and Coralee Gibson; and his siblings, Nina Shoup (Ralph) of Dunlap, TN, Nona Clements (Phil) and Dave Lumpkin (Alethea).
