He is survived by: his parent Eleanor Harrelson Bullard; his wife Vicki Tyner Bullard; his children, Robert Shane Bullard (Heidi) of Marion, Jeffrey Bullard and Brandy Allen (Christopher) of St. Charles; his sisters, Gloria Shelly, Diane Treadway and Martha Hyatt of Floydale; and his grandchildren, Madison Grice, Hunter Bullard, Gunner Bullard, Braydon Bullard and Colton Bullard.
