He was predeceased by: his parent George Herbert Skipper; his brother Donnie Skipper; and his niece Rhonda Dew McIntyre. He is survived by: his wife Pam; his daughter Elizabeth Skipper Huffines (Chris); his grandchildren, Thomas Huffines and Lily Huffines; his siblings, Toni Ann Dew and William Lynn Skipper; and his nieces, Donna Webster (Arnie), Mandy Thomas Davis and Cambar Thomas Rogers (Timmy). He is also survived by six grand-nieces and one grand-nephew.
