He was predeceased by: his parents, Cheeva Bullard and Myrtle Bullard; his former wife Sylvia Johnson Bullard; and his siblings, Wilbur "Buddy" Bullard, Carlisle Bullard, Phillip Bullard, William Allen Bullard, Kenneth "Rex" Bullard and Joanne Davis.

He is survived by: his wife Ann Bullard; his sister Bobbie Kate Bullard; his children, Robert Bullard (Sherrie) and Tammy Villacres (Rich); his grandchildren, Steven Bullard (Kristan), Cody Bullard, Gabby and Sophia Villacres; his great grandchildren, Kori and Maddox Bullard; his stepchildren, Kip Herlong (Liz), Chad Herlong (Melissa) and Leighann Childs (Joesph); his stepgrandchildren, Taylor Newell (Austin), Morgan Callahan (Jamie), Kason Herlong, Brent Herlong (Lilly), Hunter Herlong, Kaylee Herlong, Bryson Childs and Brayden Childs; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, McKenna Newell, CJ Callahan, Quinn Newell and Millie Callahan. He is also survived by family, other surviving family members.
